Please read these terms carefully before using the ThinkRoom AI thinking workspace. By accessing or using ThinkRoom, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using ThinkRoom (“Service”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

ThinkRoom provides a structured AI thinking workspace designed to assist individuals and teams in evaluating complex decisions, exploring multiple strategic perspectives (such as Strategist, Skeptic, Risk Analyst, and Opportunity agents), testing assumptions, comparing execution scenarios, and synthesizing clear action plans.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To access features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service.
  • You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract underlying source code or system prompts.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place an excessive load on our infrastructure, APIs, or networks.
  • Submit false, misleading, or abusive content to the platform or AI evaluation models.
  • Automate access to the Service via scrapers, bots, or unauthorized API scripts without prior written consent.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ThinkRoom utilizes advanced artificial intelligence models to assist with strategic thinking, risk evaluation, and scenario analysis.

Decision Support, Not Professional Advice

AI-generated insights, perspectives, and recommendations are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, or medical advice. You remain solely responsible for any decisions made based on outputs generated within the workspace.

6. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all prompts, decision frameworks, assumptions, and custom text (“User Content”) that you submit to ThinkRoom.

We do not claim ownership over your decision content or AI-synthesized workspace results. By submitting content, you grant ThinkRoom a limited, non-exclusive license strictly necessary to process, display, and store your data to deliver the Service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its visual design, user interface, brand assets, logos, underlying software, and proprietary thinking methodology, is the exclusive property of ThinkRoom and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Availability & Service Modifications

We continuously improve ThinkRoom and may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time with or without notice. We aim to ensure high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkRoom and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using our Service at any time and can delete your account permanently via the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that cause harm to the platform or other users.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of ThinkRoom after modifications become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
